"Really easy, enjoyable night at Eataly"
I went to an eataly event last weekend with a friend, it was just really smooth from the moment we got there. Check-in was quick, the staff seemed totally on top of everything, and we never felt confused or rushed, which is always a win. The space was already set up, clean, and everything seemed to run right on time. The food was great too, but what stood out most was how easy the whole evening felt... like we could just relax and enjoy it. I’d definitely book another event there.

The place was okay overall, but the inside could’ve been cleaner. It wasn’t terrible, just not as tidy as I’d expect. I didn’t bother bringing it up to customer service because, in my experience, that usually doesn’t go anywhere anyway.

"A Decent Visit Overall"
I stopped in to check out a few products, and the experience was a bit mixed. A couple of the staff members were really helpful and pointed me in the right direction, which I appreciated. Others seemed a little unsure when I asked questions, so it took a bit longer to figure things out. Nothing terrible, though, it was an okay visit overall.

"Way Too Much Back and Forth"
I ordered from Eataly and ran into an issue with my delivery, and the whole thing felt like way more work than it should’ve been. Customer service took days to get back to me, and when they finally did, the response felt like a generic copy-paste answer that didn’t really help. Then I had to follow up again just to get a clear answer. Too many steps for something that should’ve been simple, and it ended up being frustrating.

"Fun class, but a little rushed"
I took a cooking class at Eataly recently — or maybe it was a couple weekends ago, my weeks are blending together — and it was decent overall. The instructor was really nice and the food actually turned out good, but the whole thing felt a bit rushed. I remember thinking we’d have more time to ask questions and really get into the cooking, but before I knew it we were already moving on to the next step. It was also crowded around the stations, so it wasn’t always easy to actually do much. I still had a good enough time, but for the price I guess I expected it to be a little more hands-on

"Showed up surprisingly fast"
I ordered from Eataly and it got here way quicker than I expected. I had mentally prepared to wait a while, which is funny because I was probably going to forget about it and make pasta anyway. Everything was packed fine and arrived without any issues, so no complaints from me.

Ordered a few pantry bits and some cheese, and it was kind of a letdown. The cheese was dry as hell, and one of the jars tasted like it had been sitting around forever. For what they’re charging, I expected way better quality, not this half-assed grocery haul...

"I felt like it was overpriced…"
I felt like it was overpriced overall. I also had to wait in line longer than expected, which made the whole experience even more frustrating. By the time I actually got served, I was already annoyed, and the price definitely didn’t help

"Something Felt a Bit Off"
The food was okay, but something about the whole experience felt off. The dining area was way too crowded and noisy, and the tables were so close together that it was hard to relax or even have a normal conversation. I was expecting more of a cozy dinner vibe, but it didn’t really feel that way.

I grabbed a few items and some of them were really fresh, which was great. The produce looked nice at first and I was feeling good about it. Then suddenly, nope, a couple things looked a little sad and past their best. Not terrible overall, just kind of inconsistent

I ordered a few things and some of them were really tasty, especially the pasta sauces. A couple items were kind of bland though, especially for the price. Overall, it wasn’t bad at all, I just expected about a bit more flavor from Eataly

Not the best experience, honestly. The delivery showed up later than expected, which was already annoying. Then I opened the package and realized one of the items wasn’t even there. So yeah… late delivery, missing item, kind of a frustrating order overall

"Found the hard-to-find stuff"
I was trying to find a couple specialty pastas and this pistachio cream I can never seem to get at my local store, and Eataly actually have both. I ended up throwing a few extra things in my cart too. Checkout was easy, and everything was packed good when it arrived. The prices wasn’t exactly cheap, but for stuff I can’t really find anywhere else, it feel worth it. I’d order again for sure.

"Inventory wasn't reliable"
I ordered a few pantry items because the site said they were in stock. Two days later, I got an email saying half my order had been cancelled, including the main thing I actually needed. The refund came through fine, but it was still annoying and made it feel like their inventory isn't updated often enough. I'd probably only order again if I wasn't in a hurry or didn't need something right away.

I was kind of surprised how quick it got here. I ordered it on a whim and suddenly it was already at my door. Packaging was totally fine too, and there were no weird delays or issues.
